Sacony Commons is an off-campus student residence offering amazing furnished three-bedroom apartments with incredible customer service, and the simplicity of all-inclusive rent. All within walking distance of Kutztown University's campus center. Our apartments are specifically designed to meet the needs of Kutztown University students who value safe, comfortable, affordable housing.

Each resident enjoys their own private fully furnished bedroom equipped with high-speed internet, cable, and telephone. Our common living/dining areas provide the warmth and comfort of home, with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and top quality appliances. Each apartment includes a washer and dryer (no more coin-op!), and all utilities are included. Our residents share common area but they do not share the financial responsibility, as each person signs an individual academic year lease. All this, parking for each resident, and a KU Shuttle stop right on the premises, makes Sacony Commons the best choice in town!

Sacony Commons apartments are located in the borough of Kutztown, and managed by Kutztown University Student Services, Inc (KUSSI). The result is the best of both worlds: independent living off campus with the support and assistance enjoyed by KUSSI’s affiliation with the University.
