Collegiate Housing Foundation
Sacony Commons is owned by CHF-Kutztown, L.L.C., a subsidiary of Collegiate Housing Foundation (CHF). As a non-profit "institution of Purely Public Charity", CHF operates the Sacony Commons housing project for the benefit of Kutztown University and its students. CHF-Kutztown, L.L.C. receives no subsidies of any kind and contributes its operating surplus to KU student scholarships.

Kutztown University Student Services, Inc.
The property is professionally managed by Kutztown University Student Services, Inc. (KUSSI). KUSSI is an independent, self-supporting non-profit corporation organized and operated exclusively for “charitable” and “educational” purposes as defined under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

KUSSI’s purpose is to support the Student Government Board and the mission of Kutztown University. KUSSI proudly serves students and student-led organizations by providing quality products and personalized services in a fun and friendly atmosphere. KUSSI further enhances the academic experience by sponsoring programs and scholarships that enrich the students' lives and contribute to their individual success. KUSSI maintains its commitment to the campus community through continuous improvement and growth within the organization.
