- Higher Education Solutions, LLC ("HES") was formed to develop, finance, construct, equip and provide property management services for high-quality student residence projects.
HES was the original developer of the Sacony Commons student housing project.
- HES is a provider of comprehensive services related to development of both on-campus and off-campus housing to colleges, universities and foundations.
HES also develops "privatized" projects, funded by private investment sources.
- HES operates a Property Management division providing professional property management and maintenance services.
HES is the Manager under contract to the project Owner, CHF-Kutztown, L.L.C.
- The HES Vision is to provide safe, affordable housing to responsible full-time college and university students by developing and managing projects that are safe, clean, well-maintained and create a home-style living environment.
- CHF-Kutztown, L.L.C., acquired the Sacony Commons project in June 2007.
It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Collegiate Housing Foundation, Inc., ("CHF"), a non-profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization founded in 1996 to assist colleges and universities in providing modern, high-quality student and faculty housing.
