Sacony Commons is an apartment-style student residence project containing three PRIVATE, SINGLE BEDROOMS in each fully-appointed apartment.
It was designed as a student residence to meet the unique needs of full-time University students who value safe, clean, fully-equipped housing with "all-inclusive" pricing that is affordable and provides "no surprises!"
Sacony Commons is owned by CHF-Kutztown, L.L.C., a subsidiary of Collegiate Housing Foundation, who operates the project for the sole benefit of Kutztown University and its students.
The property is professionally managed by Higher Education Solutions, LLC.
HES operates the project based on a philosophy of mutual respect.
Residents are expected to act in a responsible manner and respect the property, other residents and the Community.
HES respects the privacy and safety of all responsible residents.
Individual Leases are structured for academic year terms and these terms generally follow the calendar of the University, Each resident rents on a "per bedroom" basis, sharing common living and dining areas with others.
Tenants are financially responsible for only their lease commitment, and "shared" expenses would relate only to TV, telephone or items agreed to by the tenants of a unit.
