Here at Sacony, we do our best to make student living easy and convenient. Our prices are all-inclusive, so what you see is what you pay! Included in the rent of your fully furnished apartment:

Standard Lease payment plan types:

2011-2012 Rates

Annual Plan: $7,190 due August 1st
Semester Plan: $3,745 due August 1st and January 1st

For your convenience, we offer billing through KU that will be deferred based on your anticipated financial aid payments.

The prices quoted above are based on an academic year lease, and prices are subject to change.

Standard Lease: Academic year based on the university calendar. Extended leases available up to 24 months. Semester leases available depending on room availability. Short term summer leases also available.

Application fee: $100 (non-refundable)

Security Deposit: $250 (refundable)
