Sacony Commons has been constructed with high quality materials and equipped with top grade furnishings and appliances.
The building, grounds and all equipment will be maintained in excellent condition.
Residents are responsible for routine housekeeping in their apartments.
Trash and garbage must be deposited in the dumpster's located in both the Phase I and Phase II parking lots.
Sacony Commons will clean and maintain all commons areas including maintaining and plowing of the parking lots.
Residents are requested to report all non-emergency maintenance requests using the "Sacony Commons Maintenance Request Form" available by clicking on the link below.
Service needs will be handled by our staff or qualified service providers.
If you request, we will respond to you by phone or e-mail regarding the problem you report.
Just fill out the appropriate block on the form.
